- Lead in-store activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Merchandising, and Brand Experience.
- Design wholesale activation programs to boost consumer engagement and foot traffic in partner stores.
- Manage and inspire the channel marketing team to deliver exceptional results and annual plans.
- Use marketing analytics tools to enhance ROI on marketing activities and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven marketing experience in a global consumer-focused environment, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture.
- Versatility in retail, wholesale, and digital disciplines with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Expertise in marketing analytics, consumer engagement programs, and digital/social media marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
