Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to align business needs with SAP processes and IT solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing SAP solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Lead and manage global SAP implementation projects, including sub-projects.
- Participate actively in the global SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Maintain operational efficiency of SAP systems and solutions.
- Develop detailed system and user documentation.
- Oversee service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Implement SOX compliance measures within SAP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting and managing SAP application landscapes in international environments.
- Proficiency in SAP Basis, databases, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud products is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of business value chains and processes, with knowledge of fashion industry workflows as a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven project management skills; ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
- Willingness to travel (10%).
- Self-motivated, process-oriented, and analytical thinker with strong team collaboration skills.
