About the Role

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Global Master Data Manager to join our Business Development & Transformation division. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement a global master data framework, enhancing data governance and aligning cross-functional business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a companywide master data framework, covering governance, processes, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to coordinate master data needs and create end-to-end concepts and data models.
- Understand and integrate business-relevant data requirements across systems such as SAP, PIM, and PLM tools.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions aligned with the master data framework.
- Resolve conflicts related to data definitions, responsibilities, and attribute usage across business functions.
- Define data standards and KPIs to maintain high-quality data across systems.
- Conduct regular master data audits and generate detailed data reports for management.
Qualifications
- Degree in a commercial or IT-related field with proven experience in master data management.
- Proficient in MDM tools, SAP (S/4HANA), MS Office, and data analysis platforms like Power BI and BW.
- Strong knowledge of Process Mapping methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to mediate cross-functional conflicts.
- Passion for data accuracy and the ability to lead data-related initiatives across departments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.
