About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local IT team to deliver comprehensive software and hardware services, including first and second-level support for factory systems.
- Oversee the German IT Helpdesk and infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, and IT-related store renovations.
- Implement and manage central IT policies, coordinating project delivery with global teams.
- Administer a Microsoft-based system landscape and manage hardware procurement, maintenance, and asset management.
- Monitor and report helpdesk cases with detailed KPI tracking to senior management.
- Provide IS&T training to local employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, including Windows Server (2003–2016) and Office 365.
- Collaborate with local IT providers for telephony, hardware, and ISP services, while maintaining accurate IT documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven management experience in an international context.
- Proficiency in Windows Server systems, LAN/WLAN, security solutions, and Active Directory administration.
- Strong expertise in Office 365 and basic networking knowledge.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Goal-oriented, technically proficient, and a strong team player.
- Possession of a Class B driving license.
